The hot days, rainy afternoons and warm, muggy nights don’t fool us! Fall is right around the corner – Back to School time is here! That means it’s time to find a Winter League so you can enjoy the best entertainment value in Pensacola.

The most exciting news to hit the bowling scene in P’Cola this winter is the return of the Gulf Coast Scratch League! It will start with an organizational meeting Wednesday, 7:30 pm, followed by a free bowl. The league features high cash payouts, unique head-to-head and team formats, and a draft system. This is how bowling, as a sport, was formed.

Check out your options; stop by the Front Desk next time you’re at CLBC. Leagues are pure fun, full of friends & family, light exercise & competition. This winter there’s plenty of other reasons to join a league: If a league has 12 or more teams, then each winning team member gets a free bowling ball! In addition, the last place team gets a free video lesson! All our league bowlers get benefit cards which entitle them to discounts throughout Cordova Lanes.

And if you’re a league bowler and you get a buddy to sign up, then you both have earned a free lesson! We call it the “Bring a Buddy to Bowl” program. That’s a $60 value. All this explains why we’re known as the ‘Center That Gives Back.’

Penny-a-Pin sure took off! It’s a simple yet elegant way to bowl inexpensively – a way to focus on the fun. Loads of people are taking advantage of this great price, but there’s always room for more. Come by Tuesday nights starting at 8:30 and join in the fun!

The concept is pretty simple. If you bowl a 137, you owe us $1.37. If you bowl over 200, the game is free! Keep in mind that a regular game would cost you $4 this time of night, and you can see the savings. Check out the details on the flyer.

Our newest fun night is Thursday – from 6 pm – close. We call it ID Card Night. If you can show a current ID from military, police, fire, EMT, school (student or faculty), then you can bowl for only $1.25 a game! We’ll even throw in free shoe rental! Don’t have a special ID card? No worries, we’ll make you feel special by inviting you to bowl for only $2.50 a game!

Hope you’re taking advantage of our new Military Special. Anyone with an active duty, retiree or family member ID card gets free shoe rental and only pays $3 a game, all day and night. We thank you for your service!

Our Less Frequent Bowler card has proven to be popular. This is the new scaled down version of our Frequent Bowler Card. For $50, you get six games of bowling all day Monday through Thursday only. Both cards are great deals.

We are really gearing up with fundraisers and office parties – seems to be the time of year when they’re popular. If you want to get involved either by yourself, or with your organization or business, give us a call soon to reserve your spot.

The Fall at Cordova Lanes is a cool, refreshing escape – especially while we’re gearing up for football season! As the official clubhouse for the LSU Tigers and Washington Redskins, we host fantastic viewing parties when those teams hit the field!
